The Accommodation 

No. 32 is ideal for couples or single family occupancy and you can sleep 4 in two double bedrooms.

 

On entering the property you will immediately appreciate the spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen areas.
 
A TV with Freeview and DVD player are located in the living room along with a stereo/CD player and we have a stock of CDs and movies available for your enjoyment.
 
We also have a library of novels and local information for your use.
 
There is a pay-as-you-go telephone for making outgoing calls and dial up internet access from your laptop if you have wireless connectivity you can gain internet access also.
 

 

An "Italian Designer" spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. 
 
Our dining area will comfortably seat six people and is adjacent to the modern fully equipped kitchen which has every possible convenience.
 
The kitchen is partially roofed in glass - giving lots of natural daylight and a lovely feeling of openness throughout the day.
 
Facilities include a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and a microwave.
 
Whether you want to cook a special meal at home or simply 'bed and breakfast' so that you can enjoy one of Winchester's more than 30 restaurants.
 
The City is well known for its gastronomic delights and we will be glad to recommend our favourites.
 
Who Sleeps Where? 
 
Bedroom 1
There is a kingsize bed (which can convert into two singles) in the main bedroom with fine linens and duvet included in the rental price.
 
If your stay is for longer than one week, we offer a complimentary linen change
 
There is also a second colour TV/DVD player for those late night movies snuggled up in bed!
 
Bedroom 2
There are bunk beds in the second bedroom.
 
Sleep more than 4?
 
The leather sofa bed in the lounge will sleep another 2 guests - just let us know if you wish to use it and we will provide linen
 
On your request, we can provide a further 'put-u-up' folding bed for use in the living room again just lwt us know if you wish to use it so we can provide extra bed linen for you.
 
Kids want to share the same room?
We also have fold out "sleep–over" chairs (thick foam) which are great for the odd overnight - or longer if you are a small person.
 
We must advise you that access to the bathroom is through Bedroom 2, so this may affect your decision about who sleeps where! 
 
The bathroom has a toilet, hand-basin, electric shaver point and a bath with a powerful thermostatically controlled shower over along with a handy shower attchment form the bath taps - great for rinsing the bath down after use.  
 
All Towels are included in the price.
 
There is plenty of constant hot water for you - No. 32 has a combi boiler which heats the water as you use itand the "mains pressure" is high so it is powerful! 

 
 
Outside, the secluded courtyard garden leading off the kitchen at the rear offers a pleasant environment to enjoy those long summer evenings.
 
A gas BBQ is available for guest's use in season.

For your added security, the property is fitted with a Burglar Alarm.
